Genshin Impact Glitch pushes players out of the Artifact Domain

A Genshin Impact fan recently shared a weird glitch that caused their character to fly outside the boundaries of his area. The events take place at Momiji-Dyed Court, a Genshin Impact domain located in the Japanese-inspired Inazuma region. Players can prepare enough Genshin Impact Genesis Crystals in the game.

Glitches are an unfortunate reality of gaming. As most AAA games have grown in complexity over the years, so have bugs and odd interactions between systems. However, while some of these can break games, not all glitches are created equal. Like seeing a saber-toothed tiger whirling through the air in Skyrim, some glitches are simply breathtaking, if only players can register them fast enough. Genshin Impact glitches, for example, can make for beautiful photos, or even hilarious videos like this one.

A few days ago, Genshin Impact player Jeromethy shared an astonishing 17-second clip on Reddit. In the video, we can see that they are challenged in the field of artifacts in Mengji Dye Garden. In the video, the player can be seen using the Dendro-based character Nahida. They are trying to attack a large electronic slime when the strange elemental reaction occurs and the player is propelled into the air, just above the limits of the area. Nahida then lingered for a few seconds above an invisible wall before falling and dying, possibly ruining the poor player's chances of challenging.

As usual, the Genshin Impact subreddit is full of opinions, some pretty crazy. Top-voted user Foxdynasty808 claimed the video had far more plot twists than they were prepared for, and that M. Night Shyamalan couldn't have done better than that 17-second clip. Another user named Claraalberta confirmed that this is what the developers of Genshin Impact meant when they said "Teyvat has its own laws". However, other Redditors discussed strategies, including players being able to attack in the air to jump to the ground and avoid taking damage, which is a fairly common tactic.

While bugs like this are common, new updates are constantly trying to fix them. The new 3.5 version of Genshin Impact will bring new events and characters, fix known bugs, and try to keep these hilarious glitches from becoming too common. For more game guides, please visit mmookay.com.
